- The referral must represent a new registration within our system.
- The reward is exclusively applicable to referrals for Fixed seats with a minimum lock-in period of 3 months; Flexible offices are not valid.
- Referrals involving third parties (e.g., consultants, brokers, and aggregators) are not permissible.
- Referrals must originate from individuals, not corporate entities.
- Payouts will be allocated to individuals, not organizations.
- The reward will be remitted within 15 days of the referral signing their Bloom WorkSpace Membership contract, submitting their security deposit, and paying their first month’s rental.
- Payouts exceeding INR 15,000 will be distributed in 3 monthly installments.
- Bloom WorkSpace Coworking retains ultimate authority over any referral amount or policy discrepancies.
- Bloom WorkSpace reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.
